Gianna Bochicchio brings a unique blend of medical experience, business knowledge, and patient-focused problem solving to the practice. With 13 years of experience in optometry and 6 years in emergency medical care, she is passionate about creating a seamless and welcoming experience for every patient who walks through the door.
A Forsyth County local, Gianna completed her AEMT training through Grady Memorial Hospital’s School of Emergency Medical Services Education before earning her Associate’s Degree in Business from the University of Phoenix. She specializes in troubleshooting complex situations, especially insurance-related concerns, and is known for helping patients navigate challenges with clarity, patience, and care.
Outside the office, Gianna enjoys any hobby that allows her to create and learn something new. From hands-on projects to library workshops and documentaries, she is always looking for opportunities to expand her skills and knowledge. She lives locally with her partner, Neal, and their young son, Vincenzo.
Her warm personality, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service help create the experience patients have come to expect at the practice.
With more than 25 years of experience in the optical industry, Reynaldo “Rey” Fraga brings a wealth of knowledge, precision, and personality to the patient experience. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in eyewear styling, lens technology, contact lenses, insurance benefits, and helping patients find solutions that fit both their vision needs and lifestyle.
Rey is known for his calm, approachable demeanor and his ability to make patients feel comfortable and confident throughout the eyewear selection process. His background includes years of hands-on optical experience ranging from frame adjustments and lens troubleshooting to advanced diagnostic testing support and lens manufacturing.
Outside of the office, Rey enjoys spending time playing Magic: The Gathering and Frisbee Golf. His attention to detail, passion for learning, and genuine connection with patients help create the welcoming atmosphere that defines the practice.
Aspynn Beasley is one of the friendly faces patients see when visiting the practice. Working at both the front desk and in optical, she is currently a licensed Apprentice Optician with the state of Georgia and is actively working toward obtaining her full Optician license after completing her apprenticeship requirements.
Aspynn has quickly developed a strong foundation in patient care, insurance coordination, frame styling, and optical dispensing. She assists patients throughout their visit by helping with scheduling, insurance education, and selecting eyewear that fits both their prescription needs and personal style. Her attention to detail, warm personality, and strong work ethic help create a seamless and welcoming experience for every patient.
Outside of the office, Aspynn enjoys continuing her education and building new skills as she advances her career in optometry and optical care. Her passion for learning and growth within the optical field makes her an exciting part of the practice’s future.
Mahesh Reddy Busireddy brings a unique blend of technical expertise and exceptional customer service to Optima Eyecare. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Auburn University and enjoys using his analytical mindset to help improve both patient experiences and office operations. Fluent in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi, in addition to English, Mahesh enjoys connecting with patients from a variety of backgrounds and helping ensure every visitor feels welcomed and understood.
Outside of the office, Mahesh is an exceptionally talented cricket player and enjoys the teamwork, discipline, and strategy that the sport inspires. Whether assisting patients at the front desk or helping solve complex challenges behind the scenes, he is committed to providing outstanding service while continuously learning and growing within the healthcare field. His positive attitude, professionalism, and dedication make him a valued member of the Optima Eyecare team.
Our Work-Based Learning Interns—Sathvika, Maanas, Zain, and Pal—are part of the Forsyth County Schools Work-Based Learning Program, which provides students with the opportunity to gain real-world experience while exploring future career paths. Each of our interns has a passion for healthcare and is excited to learn more about optometry, patient care, and the science behind how the human body works.
Throughout their time at Optima Eyecare, they work alongside our doctors and staff to gain hands-on experience in a professional healthcare environment. From observing patient care and learning about the structures and functions of the eye to assisting with daily office operations, our interns are developing the skills and knowledge that will prepare them for future careers in healthcare. We are proud to be part of their educational journey and look forward to watching them grow into the next generation of healthcare professionals.
