Dr. Szirovecz earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University School of Optometry in 1992. He completed a one-year residency in ocular disease at Omni Eye Services of Atlanta and served as a staff optometrist there for nine years, specializing in ocular disease.
During that time, he also taught at optometry schools in the United States and internationally.
In 2001, he joined Alpharetta Eye Associates, bringing extensive expertise in ocular disease. He is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Georgia Optometric Association.
